Fred Naderi,

In 1979, Fred Naderi founded Executive Direction. A seasoned veteran with more than 25 years in the high-tech industry, he spent his early career building system applications and providing software solutions to Bay Area top-100 corporations. For the past 27 years, Naderi has been managing Executive Direction. He has also taught computer science courses in operating systems and database management at the University of California Berkeley. He has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in computer science.

Since 1987, Nariman Naderi has been a contributing partner with her husband Fred Naderi, founder and CEO of Executive Direction. Since 1999, she has held a variety of management jobs including her current role as president and chief financial officer. Naderi's greatest contribution has resulted in the development of Executive Direction's family-oriented environment. As a result, for the last five years, Executive Direction has been recognized in the "Top 100" privately held corporations in Northern California by the San Francisco Business Times. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of daily operations, corporate finance, facilities and infrastructure, marketing and public relations, community services and contract negotiations for a wide range of suppliers and vendors. Prior to Executive Direction, over the course of 10 years, her extensive career included design, project management and development of large-scale commercial real estate.
 
Ellette Durlacher,

With over 20 years of industry experience in sales, technology and management, Ellette Durlacher has worked for several large companies in varying sales and technology management roles, including 15 years with Sun Microsystems. After having managed many application and development support teams, she has spent the last 12 years managing sales and support teams responsible for hardware, software and service sales. Since joining Executive Direction in 2006, it's clear that Durlacher has a passion for building strong customer relationships. She is looking forward to expanding Executive Direction's presence in the financial, technology, energy and life sciences market sectors.

Marie Domeny has been servicing clients with IT resources since 1986, starting out selling a RDBMS for the Macintosh just as high tech was hitting the main stream in corporate America. Today, with 21 years of experience delivering quality IT solutions and talent, Marie understands what her clients are looking for in a professional services vendor. Successfully delivering quality IT services and talent to Executive Direction’s clients since 1993, the key to Marie’s success is her ability to understand the challenges clients face in delivering large and complex IT projects, and using this knowledge and experience to deliver high touch and customized service.

Mark Degenhardt is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance. His career began in commercial banking and financial services in Kansas City, MO. At the young age of 26 Mark was promoted to President of The Bank of Saint Joseph, MO. Vacation time took Mark to San Francisco and he eventually moved to the Bay Area to pursue new career endeavors in 1988. Once in San Francisco Mark worked in the medical equipment industry for two years as a VP of Sales and spent evenings and weekends as part of a venture group called "Phonavision" which was the world's first video teleconferencing booths. This high tech venture was Mark's introduction into IT, Telecommunications, and Software. After a short while Mark leveraged his technology knowledge by starting his own company in 1990 called Communications Management Group (CMG). CMG was an early pioneer of data/apps/telecom department professional services, contract, billing and RFP outsourcing. Mark’s company provided full lifecycle management from discovery, needs assessment, CXO presentation, project management and fulfillment for more than 10 years. CMG was sold in 2000 and Mark became a Global Account Director with the Northern California AT&T Global Account team and was assigned to large accounts such as; 3Com, Palm, Franklin Templeton, Sanmina-SCI and Symantec. In 2003, Mark transitioned into IT professional services and technical staffing to Bay Area top 100 corporations. Mark has focused his broad IT knowledge base in the professional services industry placing highly skilled and exceptionally talented consultants into enterprise size IT, IS and Software Development corporate departments.

Nancy has 20 years experience in technology, representing IT solutions through hardware, software, networking and professional services. For the last 9 years she has worked closely with major businesses in the Phoenix area providing contract, search and project solution services for clients’ information technology needs. She has worked in many industries for Fortune 500 companies in Arizona and throughout the Southwest United States. In addition to key clients within the financial services, engineering and transportation industries, she has significant experience with state, city and county government entities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Over the past few years, Nancy has been instrumental in starting up and expanding branch operations for the IT staffing industry in the Phoenix area. Nancy’s performance is based on a “high touch” consultative approach and she is excited to be with an organization like Executive Direction, which has maintained a stellar reputation for high quality in the United States for over 28 years. Nancy moved to Arizona from Santa Monica, CA in 1988 after graduating from California State University, Northridge with a major in Business Administration. She resides in Gilbert, AZ and continues to use her passion to help companies and candidates connect. Her greatest pleasure is to help people.
